Standard plugs

Conical and cylindrical plugs, with external or internal drive, in steel, brass and aluminium.

Threaded plugs according to DIN 906 specifications

Plugs with tapered threads. They offer medium sealing performance and are suitable for low-pressure applications. Performance improves significantly when a sealing product is applied to the thread.
Made of steel and available with various surface treatments to ensure corrosion resistance.

Threaded plugs according to DIN 908 specifications

DIN 908 threaded plugs have a cylindrical thread and a sealing face, and to function properly they require

a flat gasket (metal or polymer) between the surfaces.
They are suitable for low-pressure sealing, offering medium sealing performance. No sealant application is required.

Threaded plugs according to DIN 909 specifications

DIN 909 threaded plugs, with external hex drive, allow fast and precise tightening, even in tight spaces or when higher torque is required.
They provide reliable sealing in low-pressure applications where a secure yet easily inspectable closure is needed.

Threaded plugs according to DIN 910 specifications

DIN 910 threaded plugs, featuring an external hex drive and a sealing face, allow fast and reliable tightening even under demanding conditions, thanks to the larger contact surface and the higher torque enabled by the external hex design.

Threaded plugs according to DIN 7604 specifications

DIN 7604 threaded plugs, with external hex head and support collar, represent the “light” version for standard closures: the reduced-weight design makes installation easier while maintaining strength and compatibility.

Plugs with DIN 3869 gasket

Thanks to the trapezoidal-section rubber gasket, these plugs provide excellent sealing performance, even at high pressures.
They are ideal for use in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including gas applications, and they fit perfectly on aluminium bodies or materials with low mechanical strength, as they do not require high tightening torque.
They are not suitable for negative-pressure conditions and do not require any sealing product.

Depending on the material used for the gasket, different maximum operating temperatures may be achieved:

NBR -30°C + 100°C

FKM -20°C +200°C.

ISO 6149 and SAE J514 plugs

Equipped with a toroidal gasket (O-Ring), these plugs offer excellent resistance to high pressure and extremely reliable sealing.
They are suitable for gas sealing and for use on aluminium bodies or materials with low mechanical strength, as they do not require high tightening torque.
Unlike other models, they can also be used in negative-pressure conditions and do not require any sealing products.
From a sealing standpoint, they are the most effective solution, provided that a proper O-Ring seat is machined at the thread entry. Depending on the material used for the gasket, different maximum operating temperatures may be achieved:

NBR -30°C + 100°C

FKM -20°C +200°C.
