We have always been committed to producing Made in Italy threaded metal plugs. Our production includes both cold-forming and turning processes, as well as secondary machining and assembly operations. This allows us to meet our customers’ needs in terms of technology and quantity.

We offer a wide stock availability of conical and cylindrical plugs, with external or recessed hexagon, in steel, brass and aluminium.
On request, various anti-corrosion treatments, pre-applied sealing products and custom packaging solutions are available.
Special plugs
We design non-standard plugs, including magnetic ones, manufactured according to customer drawings or specifications: metric, gas and UN threads, dedicated sealing seats, specific materials and targeted treatments.
We provide co-design support to optimize assembly, costs and performance.

Quality processes
Every process is monitored in accordance with automotive-industry standards or customer requirements.
PFMEA, control plans, statistical process control at production stations (SPC), and incoming-goods inspections are part of our daily operations.
Our quality department approves and verifies all in-house production and checks all incoming supplies, such as surface and heat treatments.
All machines are networked via MES, providing real-time visibility over ongoing production.
The ERP system, quality software and MES communicate with each other, ensuring approvals, updates and cross-checks at any time.
