Our range includes threaded plugs designed for demanding applications, available in steel, aluminium and brass, and offered in special versions such as magnetic plugs, custom-designed models, plugs with captive metal gaskets or with pre-applied sealants. Magnetic plugs
Magnetic plugs are designed to capture ferrous microparticles present in lubricating fluids, keeping circuits and mechanical components subject to wear clean. The permanent magnet, assembled into the metal body by staking on vertical presses or through structural bonding, ensures a stable and long-lasting hold even in the presence of vibrations and high temperatures.
Custom-designed plugs
We work alongside customers in the development of customised threaded plugs, engineered to meet specific technical requirements or dedicated drawings. We are able to transform design needs into real, industrialisable solutions.
We collaborate with our customers’ engineering departments to optimise geometries, materials and processes, providing technical support and rapid prototyping up to full-scale production, with the same care and traceability guaranteed for our standard products.
Brass and Aluminium
In addition to steel threaded plugs, we also manufacture components in aluminium and brass, selected according to application requirements and desired performance. Working with different materials allows us to offer customised solutions in terms of weight, conductivity, corrosion resistance or compatibility with specific fluids and operating environments.
Each material is carefully selected and machined with dedicated parameters to ensure consistent performance and uniform mechanical quality in every batch.

Plugs with pre-applied sealants
Threaded plugs with pre-applied sealant are ready to use and ensure immediate, consistent sealing during assembly.
The sealant, applied uniformly on the thread, prevents possible leakage.
This pre-applied solution also reduces assembly time and simplifies in-line operations.
Magnetic probes
Custom-designed magnetic probes engineered to capture ferrous particles in lubrication circuits, tanks or hydraulic systems.
Each probe is manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, with full customization options for dimensions, materials, magnetic pulling force and mounting style.
High-performance magnets ensure effective removal of contaminants and help extend the service life of mechanical components.
